The comfort and cleanliness of the place exceeded our expectations. We were delighted to find that the location was conveniently close to downtown, yet surprisingly peaceful. The modern and spacious design of the apartment made our stay enjoyable, and the reliable internet connection was a major plus for my online work. We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness, which was evident from the fresh smell of the place. The outdoor area added a nice touch, and we felt secure throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel is great, especially if you have a car as it is close to the beach. there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining out. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a nice space to relax after a day of exploring. The renovated interior gives a modern feel to the hotel.

One downside is the poor isolation between rooms, which can make it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

This place is in a great location for sightseeing in the area, and I would definitely come back here without any complaints.

In general, it’s cozy base for staying in Fort Lauderdale. The place is just next door to restaurants. Placed 10 minutes walk away, Pollo Tropical is serving quick meals. You can use central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven.

Liked a microwave oven, air conditioner and a sofa bed, however our beds were creaky. There was a bathtub in the private bathroom. It opened onto garden...

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with all the amenities you need and more. Conveniently located near the cruise terminal and within walking distance of dining and shopping. Surprisingly quiet and safe area. EXCELLENT communication from the owner. Would definitely book again!

Great location! Within walking distance to shops and a grocery store. Spacious and comfortable two-bedroom unit for a good price. Free parking was a bonus for our rental car.

A few minor inconveniences such as lack of counter space in the bathroom and no dish towels in the kitchen. , there were some cleanliness issues with crumbs and chips under the sofa bed.

Setting close to shops. There was dessert restaurant Tropical Smoothie Cafe with coffee and goodies within 15 minutes walk.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Harbourside Flats. We were in town for business and stayed for a week. The location was perfect - close to both the airport and Miami Gardens where we had to go every day. The apartment was fully furnished and spotlessly clean, with updated appliances and a washer/dryer. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. We also appreciated the door code access and free parking. we were impressed with the professionalism and hospitality of Kevin. We will definitely be back!
